Delivery of goods

Through Xdom, you can choose to receive your order in one of 2 ways:

Courier:

Select Delivery at Checkout and you will be offered a shipping rate to choose from. Xdom uses The Courier Guy to fulfill orders and rates are calculated relative to your delivery address.
Turnaround times for courier delivery will depend on the size of item and the option chosen in Checkout:

• Local delivery (Cape Town) = Overnight
• National delivery = 2-3 working days

Parcel tracking can be found at : https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track . - Tracking number will be stated on your Order Confirmation.

Self-collection:

Select ‘Collection’ at Checkout and you will see the Address of our warehouse stated on your Order Confirmation. 
You are welcome to collect your order between 8:30am-16:30pm Monday to Friday from the warehouse address.
*Please allow 1 working day for us to package your order ready for your collection.

T's & C's: 
Where it accepts your order, Xdom will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.

Xdom’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order or it is collected by yourself from the stated Collection address.

Xdom is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
